Shipping:

Canadian & US orders over $100 receive FREE SHIPPING. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $11 Cdn. per order.

Minimum orders are $10 cdn.

We ship all orders by Expedited Parcel Service - Canada Post. Expedited Parcel in Canada delivers the next business day locally, 1-3 business days regionally and 2-7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres. All parcels include insurance and a tracking number. Expedited Parcel in United States has a delivery expectation of up to 14 business days between major centres in continental USA.

Damages: Damages must be claimed with the Carrier. Please keep original container for inspection by Carrier in order to claim your damages. Defective merchandise may be returned to us for a replacement. See return policy below.

Returns: There is a 30 day return policy. NO returns are accepted without an authorization number. To obtain an authorization number you must use the "Contact Us" page or fax us. Items must be returned at your expense and in the original packaging. We will gladly replace defective merchandise.
